Crime busting: ANF seizes big cache of narcotics

The suspect was travelling in a passenger Toyota Hiace (LES-9575) and was about to the Peshawar via Motorway.

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered huge qualitity of narcotics and arrested drug smugglers.   

ANF conducted four operations in various cities including Rawalpindi, said a press release.

ANF Peshawar during a routine checking at Motorway Toll Plaza, Peshawar arrested Baseeruddin, resident of Kohat along with 2kg charas. The suspect was travelling in a passenger Toyota Hiace (LES-9575) and was about to the Peshawar via Motorway.

ANF Rawalpindi intercepted a parcel at APX Courier Service office, Gulzar-i-Qauid, Rawalpindi and recovered 270grams heroin concealed in a leather jacket.

The parcel was booked by Javed, resident of Sialkot and was intended for Smith at Manchester, the United Kingdom. All cases have been registered in ANF police stations and further investigations are under progress.
