Fatal collision: Six of a family die in road crash
Six people including the car driver died on the spot; another succumbed to his injuries near Mezai Adda Hospital

At least six members of a family were killed and four others seriously injured in a fatal crash involving a pickup truck and a car on the Quetta-Chaman highway on Sunday.
The accident occurred near Quetta when a speeding pickup truck rammed into the car carrying six people. While six persons including the car driver died on the spot, another succumbed to his injuries near Mezai Adda Hospital, an official of the Levies confirmed. The family was travelling to Quetta from Pishin when the accident occurred.
“The accident took place due to over-speeding and precarious condition of the highway,” an official at Levies Thana said.
