The body of a 25-year-old man was recovered from a woody area in the limits of Secretariat police station on Saturday.
The incident came to light when a passerby spotted a body in the bushes near Rawal Lake and informed the police who shifted it to the Polyclinic hospital.
According to preliminary investigation, the deceased was strangulated by unidentified persons who later dumped the body in the bushes.
Lubna Saeed lodged a complaint with the police that thieves had stolen his Toyota Hiace (GT-274) from parking lot of Rawal Dam Chowk.
