In cold blood: Man murders grandmother

HARIPUR: A woman was murdered allegedly by her grandson in a village in Haripur, the police said on Monday. The murder was reported from Baghdara village. It was said that Faraz, son of Sarfraz, first shot his paternal grandmother Zarina Bibi, 61, and then slit her throat. According to the police, Zarina Bibi had a property dispute with her grandson. On Monday, she was grazing her goats in a nearby forest when Faraz came, opened fire and then slit her throat.
