#100HAPPYDAYS: Atif Aslam recreates Man Push Cart

Atif's note seems apt as both Pakistan and India celebrate their respective independence days this week.

Atif Aslam recently took to Instagram to post a picture of himself that is reminiscent of the 2005 American project Man Push Cart.

The independent film revolves around the struggles of a former Pakistani rock star who sells bagels and coffee from his push cart in Manhattan. A moment of pride for Pakistan is that the film featured three songs by Atif. Aadat was the title track of the film and portions of Ehsaas and Yakeen from the album Jal Pari were also run in the film. Pictured pulling a cart with flowers, Atif captioned the post: “manpushcart #flowers anyone? Stop violence, let there be #peaceandharmony @fans #aadeez #Pakistan #India.” His note seems apt as both Pakistan and India celebrate their respective independence days this week. Made our day!
