Opportunity beckons: Vendors make Zaman Park their business point

Hundreds of PTI supporters have been staying at Zaman Park for three days. For Abdul Rehman, a vendor, this has turned into an opportunity to do business.

He’s selling PTI badges, flags, stickers and Imran Khan’s pictures. He stays among PTI workers from dawn to dusk. “The price of a PTI badge is Rs20. The large sticker badge with Imran Khan’s picture is priced at Rs20, while the small ones sell for Rs10. I also have PTI caps and arm bands,” he said. “I have been selling PTI badges at different events of the party. This time, the business has been comparatively slow. I hope it picks up before the PTI leaves for Islamabad,” he said.

“I wear one of those PTI caps. I also raise pro-PTI slogans to attract customers,” Rehman said.
