Kidnap for ransom: Three arrested for murder

Police announced on Sunday it had arrested three men for kidnapping and murdering a six-year-old boy.
Muhammad Mohsin, a resident of Ghulam Nabi village near Khanpur, went missing from his home on August 7. His kidnappers contacted his mother and demanded ransom for his return.
Police then arrested Azhar, a cousin of Mohsin’s. During the interrogation, he confessed to kidnapping Mohsin with the help of two friends. He also told police that they had already murdered Mohsin.

Police found Mohsin’s body from a nearby sugarcane field with the help of information provided by Azhar. Police have also arrested Azhar’s two accomplices.
