SUKKUR:

The third Allotment Committee Meeting of Khairpur Special Economic Zone (KSEZ) was held at Sukkur Institute of Business Administration.

The meeting was aimed at allocating land to applicants who had submitted their proposals to start their industrial projects in the zone. Besides reviewing feasibility reports, the meeting also scrutinised applications and proposals of new applicants.

Allotment Committee KSEZ Chairman and Director Sukkur IBA Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui welcomed participants of the meeting and discussed the importance of the economic zone established in the Khairpur region. “This is Pakistan’s first economic zone that has been given subsidiary by the government. Plots will be allotted to those who are able to start work immediately,” said Sidiqui while talking to participants.
