Various charges: Five suspects held
Police arrested Saeed Awan for possessing five fake currency notes of Rs1,000 each.

The Rawalpindi police on Sunday arrested five suspects and seized 14 bottles of liquor, two illegal pistols and counterfeit cash from their possession. According to a police spokesman, Cantt Police netted Nasir for carrying four bottles of liquor, while Gujar Khan Police nabbed Rizwan with 10 liquor bottles. Similarly, Wah Cantt Police arrested Asim with a 30-bore pistol and three rounds. Gujar Khan Police also held Khurram after recovering a 30-bore pistol and three rounds from him. Pirwadhai Police arrested Saeed Awan for possessing five fake currency notes of Rs1,000 each.
