Bollywood actor Nimrat Kaur, whose work was recognised after her role in The Lunchbox last year, will now be seen in a role in American television show Homeland.

Bobby Jasoos actor Ali Fazal was also approached for a role in the same show, but due to a clash of dates he had to let go of the offer. Now, the Lunchbox star will be seen in the award winning television series, reported the Times of India.

The actor took to the micro blogging website Twitter and posted: “Pretty fun for someone who watched the pilot after the screen test! Season 4 Homeland it is.”
