A woman burnt three weeks ago died on Friday at Nishtar Hospital in Multan. According to details, Amna Bibi often fought with her husband Saifur Rehman because he did not want her to meet her parents on a daily basis. He doused her in kerosene oil and set her aflame. She suffered 75 per cent burns and was referred from the Vehari district headquarters hospital to Nishtar Hospital in a critical condition. She underwent three surgeries.
