Minister directs officials to make arrangements to drain rainwater from the graveyard

Adviser to Chief Minister on Health Khwaja Salman Rafique visited Miani Sahib graveyard on Eid and inspected cleanliness arrangements in connection with an ongoing dengue surveillance campaign. He directed officials to make arrangements to drain rainwater from the graveyard. Rafique also visited Jinnah Hospital and inquired after Tabassum Shahzad, a boy from Gujrat who had his arms severed by a landlord last month. Separately, Nazir visited Farrukhabad, Shahdara, on the second day of Eid and detected dengue larvae in the underground water tank of a junkyard. He ordered that the property be sealed and a case registered against the junkyard owner.
