Karachi police spokesperson Attiq Shaikh revealed that as many as 100 police officials, including officers and constables, have been killed in separate incidents including terrorist attacks and target killings across the city till now.
The police department media cell recorded 166 deaths of police officials in 2013.
This year, from January to July, 100 officials, including one superintendent, three inspectors, 14 sub-inspectors, 12 assistant sub-inspectors and 16 head constables, were killed. Of the total 100, 24 officials were killed in January, 19 in February, five in March, nine in April and May each, and 21 in June.

100 policemen killed in 200 days is yet another to the infinite range of reasons for terminating this corrupt government of wadera corruption party whose thugs shamelessly howl against loadshedding in TV talk shows
This goes to show that we MUST at ALL costs root out terrorism and militia irrespective of whether these militias have political wings or not.
Karachi Police is probably the most CORRUPT in the world. this force is based on nepotism, sectarianism (mostly shia extremist), this is one of the most throbbing issues that requires immediate attention and resolution
