The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to start a grand operation against terrorists, kidnappers, target killers and extortionists in the province, Express News reported on Thursday.

More than 100 contingents of commandos have been arranged and a list of around 2,000 suspects has also been prepared.
Oil and gas installations, Water and Power Development Authority property, airports, and television, radio, railway and bus stations were also declared sensitive.
The police have been put on red alert throughout the province as well.
