Enhanced vigilance: Police arrest six outlaws

The Islamabad Police have arrested six outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered a stolen motorcycle, weapons and other looted items from their possession, said a police spokesman on Wednesday. According to the details, SSP Islamabad Muhammad Ali Nekokara assigned all SDPOs and SHOs to curb crime in the city. During the last 24 hours, the Koral police arrested two bike lifters, identified as Zeeshan Ahmed and Kashif Abbasi and recovered a stolen motorcycle (RIU-1372) from their possession. The Industrial Area police arrested two people, identified as Mohsin and Imran, for carrying pistols. Cases have been registered against the nabbed persons and further investigation is under way, said a police spokesman.
