The first flight will reportedly take off for Dubai at 9am tomorrow.
However, local spokesperson of the Dubai-based airline did not confirm this.
On June 25, Emirates had said that it was suspending flights to and from Peshawar, just hours after bullets pierced through a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane near the airport, killing one female passenger.
The airline had suspended flights from June 25 until further notice due to the security situation at the Peshawar airport.

@Emirates : In addition to life vests, please consider providing bullet proof jackets for passengers to Peshawar.
@Adnan Siddiqi: And should they not then suspend all air traffic at Karachi airport as well?
The pain of PMLn supporters is visible!
How they would wish something that would harm Pakistan only because it satisfies their political agenda.
It shows what kind of character (or lack thereof) they have.
Well they are making a big mistake! They will stop it soon
This step is laden with risks for Emirates. All foreign carriers including the local ones should suspend their services to Peshwar until such time the provisional government enforces its writ and cleanse its territory of bandits and terrorists. Who knows, next time an airliner would be brought down by a MANPAD and provisional ministers like Shah Farman would issue an inane statement that weapons are the jewels of Pathans and as such it ain't a big deal if an airplane was shot at / show down because such incidents are a usual occurrence.
Pakistan is a very very lucrative market for Emirates - means no love affair.
