Respect privacy: Two accused of peeping into washroom
He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case.

A court on Friday sought comments from Factory Area police on a petition by a man seeking registration of a case against two men for peeping into a washroom while his wife was taking a bath. Petitioner Muhammad Ijaz told the additional district and sessions judge he had caught the men on June 20 peeping into the bathroom through the exhaust fan. He said they assaulted him and broke one of his teeth after he confronted them. Ijaz said he had gone to police with the compliant but the Factory Area station house officer had refused to register a case. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case.
