The strong caffeine shot is much needed in the morning to help your brain function. But there are incurable repercussions that you may not know of. A wise thing to do this summer would be to give yourself a break from coffee and switch to healthier alternatives.
Apples can help keep you awake and fight drowsiness as they contain natural sugars and vitamins that make you active.
Green tea has slightly less caffeine but enough to give you a jolt minus the coffee jitters.
Sleep hacking should be a sin. A study found out heavy doses of coffee shots taken to deter sleep is perilous to health. Therefore, eight hours of sleep is a must.
Lemon water is a great way to kickstart your day as it leaves you feeling light and fresh. Sometimes, it’s the simple things that keep you going. So, instead of consuming creamy coffee beverages that may allow you to feel energetic for just about a couple of hours, treat yourself with a glass of lemon juice.
Chocolate is just as good as caffeine to help wake you up. Hot chocolate is a good alternative for coffee and helps lessen your caffeine intake drastically.
