Successful encounter: Suspects arrested in kidnapping case
The suspects were identified as three brothers Mujahid, Amjad and Sajid, and Kamran.

The Karachi police, after an encounter with kidnappers, managed to free a hostage and arrest the four culprits. According to the police, Shahbaz Nadeem Channa was kidnapped from Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi about a month ago. The kidnappers contacted the family demanding ransom and they informed the police. On Thursday night, hostage’s family reached Tharo Shah Bypass to hand over the money. When the hostage was safely handed over, the police - who were hiding in the area - arrested the four alleged kidnappers after an encounter. The suspects were identified as three brothers Mujahid, Amjad and Sajid, and Kamran. They were taken to Karachi for the interrogation.
