Polyclinic extension: Minister asks CADD to initiate work on project
The minister told the meeting that there was enough land available to relocate the hospital.
ISLAMABAD:
Minister of State for Housing and works Barrister Usman Ibrahim has directed the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) to start work on the Polyclinic extension project.
The minister said that a five-storey building would be constructed on a 2.5 acre section of Argentina Park. The Rs1 billion building will have two basement levels and a parking lot. The old Polyclinic building would be upgraded in the Phase II, the minister said. The minister told the meeting that there was enough land available to relocate the hospital.

“There should be no further delays in the extension work as the hospital is catering to the needs of a large number of people,” the minister told a meeting held to review the extension work, said a press release.
