Reinstatement: IHC rejects former PTVC MD’s appeal
Division bench comprising Chief Justice Kasi and Justice Qureshi upheld the judgment and dismissed Malick’s ICA.
ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad High Court on Monday rejected the intra-court appeal (ICA) of former managing director of Pakistan Television Corporation (PTVC). Muhammad Malick had filed the ICA seeking his reinstatement after a single-judge bench disqualified him from the post on July 1. A division bench comprising Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi upheld the judgment and dismissed Malick’s ICA.
