Religious insight: Hoarding a sinful act, says Noorani
Famous religious scholar urges the public to avoid any such practice in Ramazan.
KARACHI:
Famous religious scholar Kaukab Noorani Okarvi described hoarding as a great sin, and urged the public to avoid any such practice in Ramazan. Noorani was of the view that Islam provides guidelines for all aspects of life, yet we don’t learn from its teachings. Calling hoarding an outcome of spoiled character, he said that the person who distances himself from religion is the one who starts indulging in such sinful practices as hoarding. Noorani said that if we are unable to earn blessings in the month of Ramazan, then when will we? Taking part in the discussion, Allama Nisar Ali Ajagar said that those who seek guidance are the ones who actually get it, while others end up being the losers.
