Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid said the government was ready to address all of Imran Khan’s concerns.
He added that PML-N has invited the PTI chief to hold talks and bring forward his grievances. He added that the government was set to hold talks with PTI both inside and outside the Parliament.
Talking to a private news channel, the information minister said that political rifts will negatively affect the on-going operation against militants in North Waziristan. “There is a political solution to every problem,” Rashid added.
The minister said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has always given priority to dialogues. According to APP, criticising PTI, Rashid said that the party had failed in its governance in Khyber-Pakhtunkwa.
“PTI had pointed fingers over the money spent on the Metro Bus project however; PTI is spending more money on similar projects in K-P,” Rashid claimed.

He maintained that Pakistan Awaami Tehreek and PTI were holding rallies on non-issues. “Minhajul Quran and PAT do not have a political standing. They are not a democratic entity, have no representation in the Parliament and therefore do not believe in the Constitution and democracy”.
Responding to a question regarding the Model Town incident he said that an independent judicial commission was investigating the matter and we should wait for its recommendations before criticising it.
