Woah! Is that Miley Cyrus? Is she really fully-clothed and not even looking remotely promiscuous? Well, yes it is and that sure is a first. Oh and she doesn’t even have her tongue sticking out, who would’ve thought that we’d ever see this day.

Miley usually never succeeds in making us happy; however, seeing the notorious singer hand in hand with her baby sister Noah Cyrus was definitely a pleasant surprise. The sisters were out shopping and spending some quality time together in Los Angeles, reported E! Online.
