Powerless: Protest against 20 hours of load-shedding
One of the protesters said many people had become unemployed as factories in the area had closed down.

Scores of residents of Sadhar village and adjacent areas on Sunday staged a demonstration on Sadhar Bypass to protest against unscheduled electricity load-shedding.
They blocked the Faisalabad-Jhang Road for traffic for several hours and chanted slogans against Faisalabad Electric Supply Company. They said that up to 20 hours a day of power cuts had made their lives miserable.
