Netball: NOC validation extended for Asian event
The championship was scheduled to take place from June 23-26 with the collaboration of the Pakistan Sports Board.
KARACHI:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended the validation of the No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for teams participating in the 2nd South Asian Men’s Netball Championship 2014 till December.
They have also requested the Inter-Provisional Commission (IPC) to continue making arrangements for the event, informed Pakistan Netball Federation Secretary Mudassar Arain.
The championship was scheduled to take place from June 23-26 with the collaboration of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), but was postponed due to a delay in the processing of the NOC.
Meanwhile, the ongoing training camp in Karachi was also called off as the championship was postponed, but it will recommence after a new date is announced.
