Smooth power supply: Iesco installing new transformers

The work will be completed before the start of the fasting month.

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) is installing new transformers at various rural areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi to enhance the capacity of grid stations, said a press release of the power utility. The power distribution company on the directives of Nargis Sethi, water and power federal secretary, has started the installation of new power transformers in different grid stations for uninterrupted supply to power consumers during Ramazan. The work will be completed before the start of the fasting month. The new power transformers will be installed in Tamman, Badshahan and Fateh Jhang grid stations to increase the capacity of their gird stations, while the work of installation of power transformers in Danda Shah Bilawal has been completed.
