Accident or revenge: Boy shot by weapon wielding neighbor
Reader at Lala Musa police station said that Imran was well connected in the area and had influential friends.

A 13-year-old boy was shot dead by his neighbour in Lala Musa on Sunday. Ehsan, a resident of Chiraghpura, was on his way to a general store near his house to buy candy when his neighbour Muhammad Imran shot him dead. Lala Musa City police station has registered a case on the boy’s uncle Waqarul Hassan’s complaint. The boy’s family said that Imran had been arrested a few days ago for possessing weapons illegally. They said that Imran had accused their family of informing the police and had probably shot Ehsan for revenge. Police arrested Imran and recovered unlicensed weapons from his house. The reader at Lala Musa police station said that Imran was well connected in the area and had influential friends. He said he had served as a security guard for political leaders in the past. Imran told police that he had accidently shot the boy.
