Motive Unknown: Decapitated body found in Jamrud

JAMRUD: A decapitated body was found in Balakht Chapri, Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency late Sunday night. Khasadar official Haji Khandad Afridi said a local spotted the body lying in the bushes and informed khasadars present at a nearby check post. A team of khasadar officials then rushed to the site and shifted the body to Jamrud Civil Hospital for an autopsy. Khan added the deceased’s dismembered head was also found from the bushes. He said the deceased’s identity could not be ascertained and he was buried in a graveyard near Takha Baig check post when no one arrived to claim the body. According to Khan, unidentified people killed the man and dumped his body in the area.
