1953 - 2007
On June 21, 1953, Benazir Bhutto was born at Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's home in Karachi.
After completing her education from the United Kingdom and the United States, she returned to Pakistan in 1986.
Benazir married former president Asif Ali Zardari and had three children: Bakhtawar, Aseefa and Bilawal.

Well I have heard that her mother from Benazir was Iranian Kurdish and that she has an Iranian Kurdish upbringing unnoticed and luxereous that has not been seen in the hardworking life of Punjabi and Sindhi muslim women. Well it is not Iran mentality that can be spoken into the Punjab, Sindhi muslim society. Her son perhaps have been raised in an Iranian perspective without supporting her Punjabi men. Now her husband tonque has been cut of because because she was empowering him and she was to outspoken always, she thinks she can say everything just like in chique Iran, where women could say everything and still now as long as it is leader orientated.
Punjab and Sindh is nice but hardworking, men and women have to work while she comes from a place where only 30 million people live. All those muslim Punjabi & Sindhi people have other rules from different neighbouring countries. I only like Imran Khan because he is white and Pathan and he comes from Afghanistan but it looks more like Pathan politics on the Punjab and Sindh area and that does not work on people from Sindh and Punjab. Well should you not pay tribute to a beautfull muslim Begum from the Punjab and Sindh who is fair and lovely instead of an Iranian Bhutto. Where's my foto camera for the fair and lovely Begum.
@Pervez Rafique: Martyr of democracy! Lets talk about actions pls and what these Bhuttos have given to the country other then dividing it!
Why its a big day anyway? She brought countless miseries to Pakistanis living in the country and outside. Her biggest crime was marrying Zardari!
The great leader in history of Pakistan .
Martyr of democracy , voice of women's , sacrifice her life in struggle against religious extremism & terrorism.
We proudly & humbly salute & pay heartiest tributes to Mohatarma Benazir Bhutto.
Rest in peace Benazir Bhutto
This is benazir bhottu not imran khan who needs comments from some illetrate net users to b a big leader..she has written her name in the history..
When will pakistani culture of dead person birthday be stoped ? I will request government to change these rules and save time for development by remembering all our dead ones on their death day only.
Now we have Mr.10%,..BaBy Bhutto,..Mohtarma's $300,000 necklace sitting in a Swiss vault. With a tug of war over it. Houses in London, Switzerland. Beach front villa in Dubai. Other secret properties...on and on. $2.8 billion [US] in various banks. lavish chateau in France,..
So what is the big deal? Sadly the late lady was just interested in power. Nothing to do with human development.
She was the one.The only one.
I am going to say something totally political incorrect: the problem in Pakistan with corrupt and incompetent politicians like Benazir Bhutto is that we get rid of them only when they die or they are killed. In a normal country, a politician run the country for a term, then he retires and another person becomes the leader of that party on meritocratic basis. Had she not died, we would have had her as PM for a third time, even after the corruption and mismanagement of her first two terms. She died in terrorist attack and that was a tragedy, but perhaps it's was karma, afterall, her second government patronized the Taliban and made them conquer Kabul.
who cares ????
