Recipe: Tropical papaya-watermelon smoothie

Beat the heat with this chilled fruit cooler from tropical paradise. It is easy, delicious and full of nutrition!

Method

•  Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.

•  Pour the mixture into separate glasses for serving.


•  Add chunks of Kitkat (or any other chocolate) for added taste and decoration.

•  For best results, serve the smoothie chilled.
