Assuming Charge: Justice Imtiaz sworn in as LHC CJ

Justice Khwaja Imtiaz Ahmad on Tuesday took oath as the new chief justice of Lahore High Court (LHC). Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar administered the oath to Justice Ahmad at a ceremony attended by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Punjab Assembly Speaker Rana Iqbal, provincial ministers, judges of the high court and prominent lawyers. Sharif also congratulated the new CJ on assuming charge.
