One pilgrim was killed and 34 others were injured when a speeding bus flipped over in Kotri town near Hyderabad, Express News reported on Monday.
Women and children are among the injured, who have been taken to hospitals in Nawabshah, Jamshoro and Hyderabad for medical treatment.
The accident, which took place on Indus Highway, initially left 35 pilgrims injured, however, one of them later passed away. The deceased was one of the six injured who were taken to Nawabshah.
The pilgrims were going to Sehwan Sharif, which is located a mere 700 yards away from the River Indus, from Karachi to visit the shrine of Hazrat Qalandar Lal Shahbaz.
