Failed attempt: Officials injured while defusing a bomb
The injured officials were immediately rushed to Civil Hospital, Jacobabad.

Four police officials, including two bomb disposal squad officials were injured, when a bomb went off near Odhano Railway Station in Thul district, Jacobabad on Sunday. A Bomb Disposal Squad team from Shikarpur, sub-inspector Irshad Soomro and constable Taufeeq Ahmed went to Thul after receiving information about a bomb planted on a railway track near Odhano Railway Station. Two officials of a special branch from Thul, Bahadur Noonari and Gul Bahar Sundrani also joined them in Thul. All four officials were injured when the bomb went off while they were trying to defuse it. The injured officials were immediately rushed to Civil Hospital, Jacobabad.
