ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s candidate for NA-69 has raised objections over the constitution of a larger bench hearing a review petition against the court’s October 28 order that barred PML-N’s candidate Sumaira Malik from contesting polls for life on charges of forging her degree. Umar Aslam on Wednesday filed an application through his counsel, Hamid Khan, raising objections over the formation of the bench and against Asma Jahangir representing Malik.
