The National Swimming Championship 2014 will begin at the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) on Friday. Pakistan Swimming Federation President Major (retd) Majid Waseem told APP that swimmers from across the country will participate in the three-day event. He said the top-performing athletes at the championship will undergo an intensive training programme in Doha, Qatar from June 17 to 29 to train for the Commonwealth Games and World Swimming Championships.
