An emergency meeting of the Cabinet Committee on National Security (CCNS) presided by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is underway at the PM House.
The meeting is being attended by army chief General Raheel Sharif, Chief of General Staff Lt. General Ashfaq Nadeem as well ministers of interior and other senior officials.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is chairing the high-level security meeting to discuss the government's response to the recent terrorist attack at Karachi airport, officials here have confirmed to The Express Tribune.
