Reunited: BBA student returns after 32 days in captivity

A kidnapped BBA student of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology's Larkana campus, Mohammad Bux Ansari, returned home safely on Sunday night.
Ansari was kidnapped by armed men from near the office of the Larkana Allama Iqbal Open University on May 7. Ansari was standing outside the office when four armed men whisked him away in a car at gunpoint. The kidnappers later contacted his family and demanded Rs3 million as ransom.
Last night, the kidnappers released the boy near a petrol pump situated opposite the taluka police station in Sachal Colony. Sources claimed that a ransom of nearly Rs2 million was paid for his release.
