FAISALABAD:
A court bailiff on Sunday raided a dera in Chak Jhumra and recovered a man who had been illegally detained there.
Muhammad Salim of Chak 108 JB had filed a petition claiming that Chak Jhumra SHO Rana Mazharul Haq had detained his brother, Muhammad Yasin, at a private torture cell.
The court appointed Naeem Akbar a bailiff. Akbar raided a dera and recovered Yasin.
The court ordered Yasin’s release and summoned the SHO on Monday (today).
