Lahore High Court on Friday ordered the auction of Ratan cinema and fixed the minimum price at Rs350 million.
Sultan Japanwala owns 37.5 per cent of the cinema. His counsel said Abaad Muhammad owns the other 62.5 per cent. He said civil suits were pending in court. He said the civil court had ordered the cinema auction, but it did not happen due to a challenge to the property’s title.
