Summer Relief: 21 water fountains for Faisalabad

The Water and Sanitation Agency has announced that it will set up 21 water distribution points in the city to provide drinking water to citizens.  A WASA spokesperson told media people on Saturday that Rs7 million had been allocated to set up water distribution points in the city. The project would be completed by June 30. He said the government will bear the cost of repair and maintenance of the points for three years. They will be open for citizens from 6am to 10pm. He said the points will be set up in Dogar Basti, D-Type Colony, Babar Chowk, Allama Iqbal Colony, Karkhana Bazaar, Factory Area, Nazim Abad, Gulfishan Colony, Gulistan Colony, Adam Chowk, Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Millat Town E, O and C blocks, Samanabad Madni Chowk, Samanabad College Road, D-Ground, Waris Pura, Madan Pura, Raza Abad, Guru Nanak Pura, Jinnah Colony and on Eid Gah Road.
