Unexplained circumstances: Woman, girl found dead in field

CHARSADDA: The unidentified bodies of a 35-year-old woman and 15-year-old girl were recovered from a field in Tora Panra. A Tarnab police official said residents informed them of the bodies’ presence in a field on the Charsadda-Tarnab Road. The police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to District Headquarters Hospital. The official said according to initial investigation, the deceased were shot dead near the field where their bodies were recovered. The bullet marks indicate the two were shot from close range. The deceased, who are believed to be a mother and daughter, have yet to be identified, the official added.
