8 Levies personnel killed in Khuzdar attack
Unidentified armed men target check post on Quetta-Karachi road, killing all officials on the spot.

Eight personnel of Balochistan Levies were killed on Sunday in an armed attack on a check post in Khuzdar's Wadh area, Express News reported.
"Gunmen attacked the checkpost early in the morning and shot dead eight Levies officials," Balochistan Home Secretary Akbar Hussain Durrani told AFP.
Durrani said one other officer was wounded in the attack but survived, adding police will question him over how the fighting occurred and who the gunmen were once his condition stabilises.
The attackers managed to escape soon after the incident.
Security officers cordoned off the area and started a search operation in their bid to arrest the culprits.
Khuzdar is one of the volatile districts in Balochistan where there are a number of pro as well as anti-government militant groups operating.
