Writers and educationists Friday urged the government to groom the younger generation in a way that they emerge as tolerant citizens, said a press release.


They were speaking at a discussion on “Intellectual development of children and youth of Pakistan: The way forward”, organised by Pakistan Intellectual Forum (PIF) here on Friday. Educationist and poet Muhammad Saleh Channo said the government should establish centres for promotion of book reading and cultural and artistic training of children and youth.
