LAHORE:
In a bid to promote a softer image of Pakistan, Brighto Paints has sponsored a two-week trip for 10 international bikers to explore the country.
The bikers represent different nations like the US, Canada, Malaysia, France, and other European countries. They will be accompanied by Moin Khan, a Pakistan-born American, who rode all the way from the US to Pakistan.
Director Brighto Paints Zain Ahmad Sikka said that it was an opportune moment for the company to build a soft image for the country, providing the adventurers with bikes so they can travel up north.
“I feel proud to sponsor the tour and I am sure that when they finish, they will return home with good memories of the country,” said Sikka.
Meanwhile, the bikers were equally enthusiastic about the journey ahead of them, and said that the people in Lahore had been more than hospitable.
