President Mamnoon Hussain on Wednesday said Pakistan wants to establish political discourse in South Asia, ‘based on cooperation, not confrontation’. “Pakistan is desirous of a stable, peaceful and prosperous Asia guided by the ‘Asian Spirit’ and the goal of creating ‘Asian Harmony’,” the president said in his address to the fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), held in Shanghai.
