Abducted: Three guards kidnapped from toll plaza

DI KHAN: Three security guards were kidnapped at gunpoint near Darazinda, said an official at Daraban police station on Wednesday. The incident occurred late Tuesday night when seven armed men kidnapped three security guards deployed at National Highway Authority toll plaza. They were identified as Irshad Hussain, Zarif and Arsalan. Soon after the incident, police reached the scene and cordoned off the area, but the kidnappers had managed to flee by then. The search for the kidnappers was under way till the filing of this report. So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
