Technology Markets: ‘Plan 9 aims to prepare IT experts’
The Plan 9 Acumen Launchpad 2014 is launched in collaboration with Acumen.

Punjab Information Technology Board has launched a project Plan 9 in collaboration with software houses and information technology companies to train young IT experts to develop software and websites. PITB Chairman Umar Saif announced the launch of the project at Arfa Kareem IT University on Wednesday. He said the Plan 9 Acumen Launchpad 2014 was launched in collaboration with Acumen. He said Plan 9 would prepare young experts for the market, and to compete in the IT industry. Akhuwat Executive Director Amjad Saqib was the guest speaker at the event. He said “A social entrepreneur is a dreamer, but he also struggles to turn that dream into reality”.
