In the line of duty: Security guard succumbs to injuries

HYDERABAD: A security guard, Maula Bux Magsi, who had sustained gunshot injuries during a bank robbery in Hyderabad on Monday, succumbed to his injuries at Civil hospital. Magsi, 62, was shot in the face by the robbers who escaped with Rs2.6 million cash. The deceased hailed from the Matiari district. No FIR has been lodged as the private bank is still consulting its legal team.
