Blast in Miranshah leaves 2 dead, 1 injured
It was reported that the victims of the blast were all local tribesmen.
NORTH WAZIRISTAN:
A blast in Miranshah Bazaar in North Waziristan left two people dead and another injured, Express News reported on Tuesday.
It was reported that the victims of the blast were all local tribesmen and the explosive material was planted on the side of the road.
Security forces have reached the site of the explosion and cordoned off the area.
Nobody claimed responsibility of the attack till filing of this report.
Previous blasts
On April 30, a road-side blast in the Ladha tehsil of South Waziristan had left five people dead on the spot and three others injured.
Three days earlier, a roadside bomb had exploded in the North Waziristan tribal agency, killing at least three soldiers, the military had said. The attack had occurred in an area on the border of South and North Waziristan tribal regions.
